This rustic family estate, spanning 10,000 m², is a paradise for lovers of untouched nature. The charmingly renovated, two-hundred-year-old stone house has been transformed into a beautiful vacation home with a pool, ideal for larger groups of guests, families, or friends. It is perfect for organizing team building events, celebrations, weddings, and other gatherings.

Each space is carefully designed, combining rustic charm with modern comforts. The rooms are equipped with modern, comfortable beds. The estate has 9 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 22 adults, and each room has its own bathroom with a shower or a classic bathtub.

On our estate and in the surrounding areas, you can enjoy a variety of sports activities and untouched nature. These include bocce, beach volleyball, small football, a children's playground with slides and swings, table tennis, foosball, and billiards. For those who love active holidays, there are hiking and cycling trails available. An adventure park and a horse ranch are just a few minutes' drive away, perfect for enjoying challenging slides, swings, or horseback riding.

Upon request and for an additional charge, we organize Istrian lunches or dinners on-site, as well as cooking services on a weekly or daily basis. We also offer various types of massages with aromatic oils, which you can enjoy indoors or outdoors, according to your preferences. Daily breakfast service is also available to our guests.
